It is in “Les Indes Galantes”, the opera ballet by Jean-Philippe Rameau, that the two designers of La Métamorphose drew inspiration.

The triumph of colors

Protagonists of the inspiration involving verses, pleasant leitmotif: “Triumph, beautiful flowers! Diffuse your scents, Spice up your colors! ”
“Fickle butterfly, fly into your bocage!” Stop, suspend the flow of your fickle flame! “

The new collection from La Métamorphose demonstrates that art is in the DNA of the creative sisters

21 looks, unique, entirely handmade in the Maison’s workshops. A choice of exceptional materials, all made in France and respectful of the environment: Solstiss lace, silk, satin, tulle, for an impeccable fit! Magical cuts, contrasting royal solar gold with the depth of midnight blue and the lightness of anise green. The flower embroideries required a month of work, cut and painted by hand, another month to create the embroidery on the trouser suit, and two months for the pleating of the dresses. From tight-fitting trouser suits, to evening dresses and more artistic looks, highlighting the Maison’s sophisticated know-how.

La Métamorphose: the flowers are still in time to triumph again …

The butterfly dress, entirely painted by hand, landing in the extraordinary garden of La Métamorphose, reminds us that our land is this garden, and that there is still time for the flowers to triumph again…

Editore-Direttore Agenda Viaggi. Il primo grande viaggio? Quasi 15 ore di aereo per attraversare il mondo, ed arrivare in fondo al Sud America, tappa la bella Buenos Aires, dove ci rimane per ben dodici anni. Qui la prima esperienza lavorativa, nell'editoriale Rizzoli, che aveva acquistato nella città tanto amata da Jorge Luis Borges una nota casa editrice. Negli anni ‘80 torna in Italia, a Milano, questa volta per lavoro in Rcs, dove si occupa di immagine e grafica. Inoltre viaggia, fotografa e scrive storie dal mondo con approccio esplorativo sempre attento ai dettagli. Oggi dirige Agenda Viaggi con un gruppo di persone molto speciali. Vive a Monza ma spesso si sposta a Verzimo, un paesino del XI sec. in provincia di Vercelli, in una casa piccola, soleggiata, per metà ristrutturata, un giardino incolto e mobili tutti diversi per epoche e stili, come la vecchia tavola da surf testimone di lunghe cavalcate sulle onde in California o come l'eccentrico menù del caffè Granola a Copenaghen, la foto scattata alla cisterna di vetro colorata da Dumbo, Brooklyn, dell'artista Tom Fruin, e le belle stampe che immortalano la piacevole solitudine sulla spiaggia di Margate nella contea del Kent in Inghilterra.
