An important recognition for luxury hotels
An important date for the Kempinski Hotel Berchtesgaden, on March 27, 2021 it was awarded for the best German training in the hotel sector by the study “The best German training companies”, with the largest number of employees in Germany, which covered the four key topics: structural data, apprentice salary, training success and additional offers.

A commitment that has not known pauses even during the pandemic
The company’s nearly 30 trainees are also proud of this award. They confirm that, even during the pandemic, their training never suffered. Webinars and calls were offered by the management team of the house, as well as cross-trainings at the partner hotel Vier Jahreszeiten Kempinski Munich.

“It was a good feeling to know I was taken care of. At no point during our training did things come to a standstill, and we are all very grateful for that,” says Oliver Schwarz, second-year apprentice at the hotel.
